Selected Work: Original Scores, Music Art, Sound Design
For the past decade, Curt has been creating original scores, sound design, and music art for stage productions, video, multi-media, apps, games and performance. Work includes installations at major cultural events, museums, contemporary theater, medieval and renaissance theater, modern dance and a few that are unclassifiable works existing somewhere between performance, installation and sculpture.

The Knoller Grid EP is a 4-song release of recent material under the An Accordion project. These dreamy instrumentals were produced as a follow-up to the first An Accordion release from 2010.

Score to contemporary dance piece: residue (engram)
Created and performed by Sharon Mansur, inspired in part by 'pentimento,' an underlying trace image in a painting that has been covered over, reflecting an artist's change of mind. Through a fragile, yet richly visual and kinetic landscape, "residue" unfolds in subtle layers, offering a meditative space and unique experience with each viewing. Collaborators include costume designer Aryna Petrashenko and sound artist Curt Seiss. Winner of the Metro DC Dance Awards Excellence in Sound Design/Composition.

Conceived by choreographer, performer and dance professor Sharon Mansur and architecture professor Ronit EisenbachPlaceholders is a free site-specific performance and art installation that explores what it means to seek, shape, and preserve “place” in the face of transition during the gentrification and investment in infrastructure at the Long Branch neighborhood of Silver Spring, MD. Original score: Sightlines
Choreographer/performers Daniel Burkholder and Sharon Mansur’s “Sightlines” was created to honor 20 years of collaboration. The 75-minute, site-specific work represented the intellectual ideas, improvisation and exploration that have driven the duo through two decades. For “Sightlines,” they drew on the Japanese poetry form of haiku to ““express a vast expanse of experience, emotion and beauty in a relatively small amount of space and time."
